Piece of Mind Squad was built to help women who struggle with yo-yo dieting, constantly chasing the next diet in the hopes that it will help them lose weight and feel better about themselves. 

It was made for the woman who plans her entire day around food. Who becomes stressed by the thought of wanting to eat a brownie, when it wasn't on the plan. It's for the woman who's an emotional eater: who eats when she's bored, tired, stressed, frustrated.

It's here to take that woman from diet and food obsessed, to feeling absolutely free in her food choices. To no longer track, count or use an app. It's giving her the freedom to eat what she wants, when she wants, without feeling guilty or stressed. 

It's designed to help her through ALL the feelings: guilt, stress, doubt, scarcity, self-loathing; and take her to the other side of happiness, abundance and self-love. 

With monthly trainings, courses, challenges, workbooks, Q&A sessions and personalized coaching, this squad will help her lose the weight without another diet. But not only that, it will provide her with the necessary mindset shifts needed to truly love who she is, inside and out.

Who is Intuitive Eating Coach Danielle Burken?

Hello lovely lady!

As you might know by now, I'm Danielle, the creator of Piece of Mind Squad. 

I'm a certified nutrition and wellness coach, who has been practicing mindful/intuitive eating for over four years. 

I built this course because I started exactly where you are. I did Weight Watchers, or some form of a diet or cleanse, for over five years.

I would watch the weight come off, and then I'd quickly plateau and not see any progress. Then I would try another diet, in the hopes that this one would do the trick. 

All the while, completely stressing about the food I was eating. If I didn't weigh, measure or track my food, I felt like I was cheating. Which in turn would honestly just stress me out even more. 

The thing was, I still felt like I had the control. That I still got to choose what I wanted to eat, but that was only as long as it fit into the plan. I used to say to myself "I know I'm going out to dinner tonight, so I'm going to eat really well today so that I can splurge tonight." 

That right there...food still had the control. And after five years, I just didn't want to be controlled or stressed anymore. 

But here was the tricky part. I was honestly so incredibly afraid. I had spent so many years sticking to a diet, that I was terrified everything {the weight loss, the healthy eating habits, all of it} would just go away if I decided to eat mindfully.

I got in the best shape of my life! 

I'm not even joking. 

When I finally released all of the guilt and fear around food, and started listening to what my body was in need of and filling it with nutritious foods, I watched the weight slide off. 

Because here's the thing, there's a lot of mindset work that goes into intuitive eating. We can't continue to put band-aids over bullet wounds {i.e. another diet to cover our true feelings}. We need to meet them head-on. 

Which is exactly why I created Piece of Mind Squad. 

You can read all the books, listen to all the podcasts, find all the articles on how to eat mindfully, but until you address some of those deep down feelings, things aren't going to change. 

The trainings and monthly challenges are there for you for the tactical piece of mindful eating. But the coaching is where it's really at. Where you'll truly start to see some drastic changes. And that, my gorgeous soul, is something I don't think you can get outside of Piece of Mind Squad.
