    I recently purchased the Deluxe Meal Plan. It is excellent! I am a little old school, so I printed the full document so that I could enjoy the ‘pretty’ look of it and be able to write my own notes on it. The first thing I did was take the blank Meal Planning page for my first week, and filled it out, based on my work lunches, personal schedule, and nights out. Then, I used the completed Meal Planning page to plug in the meals I knew I would want to prepare for. It was so nice to have this guide! I typically have the same go-to items and get so tired of them, so new meals and snacks were exciting to incorporate. It was awesome to have the menu, followed by the recipes and the pix while I was planning. Then, I took the actual grocery list pages to the store with me. What a time saver! I was sure I had all the ingredients because the list was well laid-out. When I got home, I was invigorated to get started. In just two hours, I had made up a batch of grain, a pressure cooker full of chicken, two salads and two breakfast items from the menu plan. I am not a cook, and don’t really like being in the kitchen, but this was so simple! Just read and follow. Now, I am eating well and loving the taste of everything I made. Thank you for making mindful eating easy.
