Healthy Living Journal

With this journal you’ll learn how to eat mindfully. It might be a topic you’ve heard of before, but just not sure what it means. In essence, mindful eating is about listening to your body’s cravings, hunger and fullness cues. It may sound like a simple practice, but when dieting has become so ingrained in you, it can be a hard concept to grab hold of.

When I first started eating mindfully it was a bit scary. I was so used to tracking points with Weight Watchers that I didn’t think I could learn to eat without a tracking system. Journaling really helped me to gain an understanding of what my body needed and craved.
