No bake cookie dough is high in protein and a healthy snack, perfect for pre or post workouts, or an after school snack.
In a large bowl, mix togehter all ingredients, except chocolate chips, until the mixture becomes thick.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Roll the mixture into 13 balls, and store in an airtight container in the fridge or on the counter.
*Note: use dairy free chocolate chips for vegan.
Note: make a double batch if you're taking to a party, or freeze extras for later.
